The Services Track recognizes partners for building a certified delivery team, delivering Claude use cases for clients, and proving the work through public customer references. Partners advance through Certified, Select, Preferred, and Global Premier tiers.
Our AI work spans industries and technologies, and AI and data capabilities are built into every stage of our delivery model. We've used AI with ABB to boost sales productivity, applied generative AI to pharmaceutical innovation with Orion, and built a service with Thuisarts for finding reliable health information. Together with the University of Helsinki, we're also studying how AI tools affect the productivity and quality of software development in real development teams.
