Changing systemic patterns – whether in a company, an industry, or society at large – is never easy. That’s why at Reaktor, we don’t treat these terms casually. We are on a mission to give these words the power they deserve through intentional acts on a large scale.

We understand DEI is not a destination but a journey. It’s something we must constantly pursue at Reaktor. It’s also something that evolves, as times change and as we open new locations.

Reaktor is now taking our next step on this journey. We’re moving from endeavors that are locally focused in our nine offices to a global DEI initiative. The objective is to align all of our thinking, strategies, and resources across the Reaktor network, with the hopes that our communal effort will have an even greater impact. 

Together, we are committed to making Reaktor an environment that embraces and values all of our employees for the whole of who they are. We pledge to our clients to be a partner that can offer expertise from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. And we hope to be an example for businesses, especially in the tech industry, to show that doing the right thing can be coupled with delivering the best results.

Following a customized training session for the Marketing & Communications team at Reaktor, deidei was brought on to be the external partner for our company’s global DEI efforts. We now work hand-in-hand to normalize diversity, strive for equity, and build inclusion.

Reaktor was the pilot company behind Lepaya’s Fostering Diversity & Inclusion course. It taught our team members how unconscious biases can affect judgment and how to create a work environment that welcomes everyone.
