About

The Seinäjoki office was born in 2004, when we wanted to offer our employees a location out of the hustle and bustle. All that nature puts us in a good mindset to do creative development work.

Sometimes we are involved in multisite projects with fellow Reaktorians from around the world. And other times we spend our hours on Continuous Services, offering oversight, maintenance, and lifecycle development after the development teams have left the scene.

From the beginning, Reaktor has been about valuing people, and Seinäjoki is proof of that. It would have been very easy to insist that everyone stay in the hub of Helsinki, but we thought we’d let people work where they wanted to work, and see how it goes. Now, almost 20 years later, that decision shows we were very ahead of our time. It’s that same kind of thinking — not just going with the status quo — that helps us in our projects, too.
