In 2016, Reaktor partnered with HBO and, as a result, opened its next overseas home in New York. Today, we are a group of 50 engineers, designers, and operators based out of the Flatiron District. Our NYC office also serves as the home base for many fully remote Reaktorians around the US and Canada.

Tools

We offer everyone a top-spec laptop and phone of their choosing to work with and use at work and home. If you need other tools, like a keyboard or a mouse, we'll figure it out, too!

Work-life balance and vacation

We believe in 40 hour work-week and use a flextime system to compensate for overtime with equal time off. Everyone at Reaktor gets 20 days of vacation. In addition, instead of having an Annual Holiday calendar, we offer Floating Holidays to be used on the days you want to recognize during the year.

401k matching & extensive health insurance

We offer 401k matching, and an extensive health, dental and vision insurance through Justworks. In addition, we got you covered with short-term and long-term disability insurances.

Wellness program

We offer a monthly wellness stipend you can use to look after your mental and physical wellbeing: anything from dance classes to a massage to mental health services.
