Navigator Partners teamed up with Reaktor to create Compass, a secure, web-based portal that consolidates all investment data into one intuitive experience. Built on top of the FA Solutions platform – a leading portfolio management system widely used across the wealth management industry – Compass visualizes complex ownership and financial data, allowing clients to track portfolio performance, allocations, and overall portfolio composition at a glance.
The project aimed to reduce manual reporting work and elevate the user experience for Navigator Partners’ clients. The result is a seamless and transparent way to explore investment data, empowering both Navigator Partners and their clients with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

Charting a new course for investment insight
Navigator Partners is an authorized Finnish financial administration and advisory firm with over 20 years of experience, serving investors, asset managers, property owners, and foundations. Their approach combines solid expertise with transparency and long-term value creation.
As their client base and reporting needs grew, Navigator Partners sought to modernize how they deliver investment insights. The goal was clear: reduce manual work, streamline reporting, and create a unified view of every client’s investments – all without compromising the trust and precision their clients rely on.
They selected a digital partner to help unlock full value from their investment in the FA Solutions platform. Reaktor was the natural match: previous collaboration with FA Solutions and a track record of delivering business-critical digital products.
A compass for confident financial navigation
Working closely with Navigator Partners, we built Compass, a secure digital gateway that connects directly to FA Solutions, the firm’s core portfolio management system. Compass was built on top of the FA Client Portal.
Compass consolidates ownership and financial data from FA Solutions, transforming it into dynamic visualizations and tables. Clients can easily explore performance metrics and asset allocations across all their portfolios. Through the integrated Documents section, reports like the Consolidated Portfolio Report and Private Capital Report are available for download in PDF.
Built as a React single-page application (SPA) with Progressive Web App (PWA) features, Compass delivers smooth navigation and responsive performance across devices. The system leverages GraphQL, TypeScript, and Tailwind to ensure reliability, scalability, and speed – while maintaining a consistent connection to FA Solutions and secure authentication via Signicat.
