Ken Inagaki joins global technology company Reaktor as Principal Advisor for gaming, supporting the development and expansion of Reaktor’s offering for game studios worldwide.

Ken Inagaki is a pioneering gaming industry expert with over 25 years of experience driving world-class teams and global initiatives. He has led the development and operations of some of the most high-profile and influential gaming titles, shaping experiences enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.

As a strategic advisor, Inagaki will play a key role in shaping Reaktor’s growth initiatives and guiding the development of new services. In this role, he will support gaming studios in navigating the evolving challenges of today’s gaming landscape, where gaming companies face increasing pressure to deliver high-quality innovation while managing rising development costs and increasing competition for players’ time and attention.

Ken Inagaki is a gaming executive with over 25 years of experience leading game teams and global initiatives. During his 17-year tenure at Sony Interactive Entertainment, Inagaki served as Executive Producer and Studio Director, overseeing the development and operations for titles including Helldivers 2, Gran Turismo 7, Death Stranding, and Days Gone. Prior to his career in gaming, Inagaki spent a decade managing operations for Olympic Organizing Committees (Nagano, Salt Lake City, Athens) and the International Ice Hockey Federation.

Inagaki specializes in bridging global teams to drive innovation in gaming and services. He holds a BA from York University, EMBA from Quantic Business School and studied Product Development at Harvard Business School. He is a patent-holding inventor and a member of the Producers Guild of America.
