When a major change happens, employees are faced with pressure and the threat of a crisis. Social isolation within a work community makes the situation worse; this social pain increases feelings of stress and threat, and a vicious cycle is ready.
In order for employees to maintain their ability to perform at work, this unfortunate domino effect must be stopped with adequate support and renewed thought-patterns.
How to cope with change focuses on providing individuals with the tools and support needed to survive under pressure, in the face of changes. This half-day training is designed for all employees who face a significant change, while spending most of their working time alone.
