We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our amazing Talent Growth team of a dozen in our HQ in Helsinki. Our team is an important part of Reaktor and lives and breathes our company guiding principle “our experts form our contribution to the world”. We have a tight knit core team but we work closely and celebrate success with our whole European talent team, as well as all our experts in software development, design, business and several other functions.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you are responsible for:

  • End-to-end / full-cycle recruitment process management
  • Best possible candidate and interviewer experience
  • Sourcing and contacting candidates according to team targets
  • Developing Reaktor’s recruitment model 
  • Cooperation with Reaktorians and teams 
  • Taking part in the running weekly & monthly tasks with the team 
  • Attending recruitment events and together with the Talent Team and Marketing 
  • Developing Reaktor’s employer brand together with Marketing

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you are not only a recruiter, but you also have your part in onboarding, you are a pivotal support & advisor for our hiring teams and interviewers and help in scaling our recruitment practices in our new locations in Europe and remote talent communities.

You are the one we are looking for if:

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are experienced in recruitment and recruitment process management
  • You have an understanding and insight on the talent market
  • You know how to attract different types of candidates, how to develop recruitment processes and how to create excellent candidate experience
  • You have proven project coordination & management skills and good self management skills
  • You are a team worker through and through
  • You have very fluent English skills, both verbal and written
  • You are a self-starter, who is able to drive things forward
  • You are interested in learning new and sharing knowledge 
  • You hold diverse and inclusive pipeline as one of your top priorities and you are interested in developing DEI practices in recruitment

Although you always have a team to back you up, this is an independent role. We have a lot of candidates on the pipeline at the same time and a lot of stakeholders to work with, so you need to be able to juggle the big picture, without losing the smaller puzzle pieces. There’s no week that looks the same and everyone from the Talent Acquisition team spends approx. 20% of their work time for process development or organisation/their own up-skilling activities.
